These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of xbrc.ca and the services provided by Xpert Build & Reno Corp ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Services
Xpert Build & Reno Corp provides home renovation services, including bathroom, kitchen, basement, and full-house renovations, primarily serving Vaughan, Woodbridge, Markham, Richmond Hill, North York, and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). All services are subject to a separate written contract or work agreement that will detail scope, pricing, timelines, and warranties.
Estimates & Pricing
Any cost estimates provided through our website or cost estimator tool are approximate and for informational purposes only. Final pricing is determined after a free in-home consultation and is detailed in a written quote. We reserve the right to adjust estimates based on site conditions, material selections, and project scope.
Consultations
We offer free in-home and phone consultations. Scheduling a consultation does not obligate you to hire us, nor does it guarantee availability. Consultations are subject to scheduling and service area availability.
Warranties
We provide a 5-year workmanship warranty on qualifying renovation projects, as specified in your written agreement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, modifications by third parties, normal wear and tear, or issues arising from pre-existing structural conditions. Material warranties are subject to the respective manufacturer's terms.
User Conduct
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when requesting consultations or quotes.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Xpert Build & Reno Corp and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission. Project photos are shown with client consent.
Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of these external sites.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xpert Build & Reno Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the value of the services provided under your written agreement.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation terms, deposits, and refund policies are specified in your written agreement. Deposits may be non-refundable once work or material orders have commenced, as outlined in your contract.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
