Master Bathroom Trends in 2026: LED Mirrors, Heated Floors & More

2026 is shaping up to be an exciting year for bathroom design. Our team at Xpert Build & Reno has been tracking the latest trends, and we're excited to share them with you. ## LED Backlit Mirrors Gone are the days of harsh overhead lighting. LED backlit mirrors create soft, flattering light while adding a modern, spa-like feel to any bathroom. These mirrors are energy-efficient and come with dimming options. ## Heated Floors Nothing beats stepping out of the shower onto a warm floor. Heated floor systems are becoming standard in luxury bathrooms. They're comfortable, add warmth to the space, and can even reduce heating costs in your home. ## Large Format Tile Large porcelain slabs (24x48" and bigger) are trending. They create fewer grout lines, easier cleaning, and a seamless, modern aesthetic. ## Free-Standing Tubs The spa-like free-standing tub continues to dominate. Paired with a separate walk-in shower, these tubs are the centerpiece of luxury master bathrooms. ## Gold & Brass Fixtures Metal finishes are evolving from chrome to warmer tones. Brushed gold and brass fixtures add elegance and warmth. Ready to bring these trends into your home? Contact Xpert Build & Reno for a consultation.
